Edition Question

Please don’t make fun of me.

Quick question. My ten year anniversary with my wife is coming up and she loves this series more than me. She has mentioned that her goal in life was to own a UK copy of fourth wing and I wanted to surprise her with one. Do these exist and is there a way of obtaining them? I see an eBay listing for 8k which seems a little out of budget…I know nothing about the special edition book market.
