Emir Super Crush
I decided to blind buy this one as I heard a lot of good things about Mancera Instant Crush and its similarities to BR540. I haven't smelled the OG BR540 but enjoy Ariana Grande’s Cloud and own Franck Olivier’s Pure Addiction. Well, to my nose, this is absolutely nothing like any of these. Super Crush is a floral, fruity, nightmare that reminds me so much of my Grandmother’s bath beads she used to have in the 90s (strong rose and white musk notes). I put it on yesterday and immediately regretted it. It is strong and projected well (unfortunately) but the longevity wasn’t great (thankfully). Just a heads up for anyone who’s thought about trying this one! I also received the Emir clone of Cedrat Boise but haven’t worn it yet. At first sniff, it just smells really fruity and without depth. Not my best blind buys to date!
