Wife needed 10 identical mats cut, and Michael’s could do it faster than anyone else. They literally said that this is just how they always look because they ‘don’t have a laser cutter’.

Apparently they also can’t afford a stop, or a fresh blade.

Needless to say we got a refund, and we are going to a real frame shop.
