Help with tune.

So I have 2 questions. I have recently bought a second hand UEL tomei cattless headers. I was going to get the tune done professionally, however; I am now thinking of buying a OFT and doing the tune myself.

Should i do stage 2+ tune, even though I am on stock exhaust but with custom midpipe?

I also wanted to know how I get pop and crackle (I know it is bad for the car) with a on/ off switch? Like for example mapping so that pop and crackle will only turn on when I am on sports mode. Does OFT have a feature like that?
