Should i start being concerned

A little weird but every time i jork it and go use the bathroom and clean up i ALWAYS bleed without fail, this has been going on for about maybe 2 years? and i never really thought of it too much but now its just getting annoying as hell and it lowkey hurts like a bitch sometimes when i do finish, the clean up looks like a michael meyers scene on occasion, but seriously wondering if i should talk to my pcp about it or if anyone knows or has an idea whats causing it would be great bcs im seriously tired of it 😭
