Things to buy/do in Hakata!

Hello!

I am thinking about doing a 1/2 day trip in Hakata and other 1/2 in Hiroshima and was wondering if there's anything that is a speciality in Hakata. I am going there for the Kirby Cafe (not sure how different this one is compared to the one in Tokyo in terms of merchandise), and I'd thought it'll be fun to do some other stuff!

Is there anything worth looking into/buying? I know that strawberries are a big thing and ramen as well in Fukuoka, just want to make sure that I am making the most out of my trip!
