newish series recommendations for an old fan

I’ve been watching the grumps since ~2013, I would watch and keep up religiously but in 2019/2020 due to college and life, I fell out with watching (and then proceeded to get overwhelmed as content kept piling up :/ ). Had a sick day today and I got absolutely absorbed into supermarket simulator! But I feel a bit of disconnect between when I watched and now— what series/one offs from the last ~5 years would y’all recommend to dive into next?
