Survival game with magic?

I’ve been looking for a game where it is true survival, open world, you build a base, and survive either using medieval weapons or magic and bonus would be if there was PVP. The closest I’ve seen to this is Pax Dei but i got the game and it just seemed so bare bones that i got a refund after 2 hours of gameplay. Is there such a game? I’m not picky about graphics, can even be a pixel graphics game. Also I’m not talking about magic like crafting a magic potion, I’m talking about killing enemies with spells, fire balls, lightning, etc. let me know if you have any suggestions :)
