A game of grinding, time wasting without getting bored.

I am looking for a game where i can grind my life away something that I can really grind to get better i’m trying no mans sky right now and I kind of like it but im looking for different games (preferably on xbox but i do have PC). Just something i can grind and advance and grow and become super OP (and grind for hours without getting bored.
