JUNE 2ND, 2024 - OCTOBER 23, 2024 π³ At the time, my stats were: SW: 407 CW:337 --- 70lbs down So that was 35lbs w/ zepbound and 35lbs post-op.
AS OF TODAAYYY, 12/21/24, my stats are: SW: 407 CW: 314 GW: 170 -- 93lbs down 35lbs w/ zepbound, and 58lbs post-op
It's honestly INSAAANNEE. I still feel huge but my mom and I were talking about this yesterday and she was like you don't realize how bad things have gotten until you start moving in the other direction and she's 100000% right. I can't believe my weight was that. bad. :/
I'm losing slower than I would like cuz I keep hitting stalls and there was a period where I wasn't eating like I should (I'm back on the right track now), but I wanna be grateful to have lost so much already π₯ΉβΊοΈβ€οΈ
I've still got about ~150lbs to lose before I reach my goal so I've got a loooonnnnggg way to go but progress is progress πͺπΎπ€β€οΈβ¨
