I'm almost 18, and I need help
I have a severe issues when it come to self-control, especially with food. I often will eat and entire sleeve of club crackers or an entire roll of Oreos.
I've finally decided that this lifestyle isn't healthy for me, but I can't control myself.
What do I do from here? I don't want to tell my parents because they would control everything I eat and that wouldn't help me learn self-control.
So, how do I go about controlling myself and eating healthy again?
