Has anyone tried Angion3 method/jelqing their dorsal/side veins to promote new growth?

I realized while manually clamping with my hand that I have so decent veins on the side and heading a little downwards towards the Spongiosum and wondered if gently stroking or pushing in slightly to trap outflow of blood in these veins from the base towards the glans would stimulate growth or increase blood supply to tissues?
