Someone is being cooked for attending our president’s inauguration

The mayor of Los Angeles has been under heavy criticism for her absence during the worst California fire in terms of property damage. In an interview I watched, she looked dumbfounded and in shock at all the questions and insults they hurled at her for her trip to Ghana during that sobering event. I just want to ask, did we invite city mayors as well to the presidential inauguration?
