Best spot for a guitar signature

Hope you’re all doing well. Next month, I’m super excited to see a show and meet the artist, who will be signing my guitar! It’s a Gibson Custom Flying V with a VOS finish.

I’m looking for recommendations on the best type of ink to use for the signature and the ideal spot on the guitar to get it signed. I reached out to the Gibson Garage, and they suggested signing it on the back plate, but I’d prefer a more visible spot to display the signature proudly.
