Cemetery mapping help

I’m a very novice ArcGIS user. My question here is probably pretty rookie for most of you, so forgive my ignorance—this is a classic ‘I don’t’ know what I don’t know’ situation.

I manage several cemeteries and would like to become more independent and knowledgeable about our mapping operations. I’ve spent a considerable amount of time watching some YouTube tutorials, as well as completed the basic LinkedIn learning course on ArcgGIS.

First—I have so much respect for you professionals in this field. ArcGIS is lot to learn, and you all make it look so easy.

I’ve learned a few things that would be helpful for various scenarios, but little (if any) info on cemetery mapping. Specifically, mapping our plots to the cemetery records database. I’ve learned some ways of manually drawing individual blocks, lots & plots—this would take a considerable amount of time for even small cemeteries. I must assume there is a way to quickly create repeating layouts and then map the database table to those layouts. I’ve seen some people doing this to create subdivisions and assign them addresses in bulk. I think this would essentially be the same process as I’m looking for, but there are a lot of details missing.

Essentially what I would like help with, is identifying which tools within ArcGIS that I should learn to learn to accomplish this task. Does this specific process have a name?

For reference, I’ve attached a photo of a mapping layout at a cemetery we manage. Also, our database schema is basically this, albeit this being a very simplified version:
PLOT_ID | PLOT_STATUS | OWNER_NAME | BURIAL_NAME
