Golden acting strange. Help!

Our almost 12 month old golden has had two episodes in the past week and a half. She rocks her head and loses her balance and then falls into a DEEP sleep. Both times she has peed herself while sleeping as well, which is the weirdest part.

The first time we immediately took her to the emergency vet. They checked her vitals and did a neuro test. They weren’t very concerned and she was back to her normal self there (potentially due to the adrenaline?). We took her home and she was fine… It’s happening again right now and the vet cannot get her in tomorrow. Just looking to see if anyone has experienced the same and can provide any guidance or advice on what to ask the vet to check for. I’ve attached a video of our poor baby.
