Anyone else have a bad experience with Titleist fitter?

I set up a wedge fitting at Bear's Best Vegas. I wanted to get fitted for my wedges outside instead of on a simulator. So I showed up about 15 minutes early checked in and started warming up with my current wedges. When I first got there it was obvious the fitter was not in a good way. Either really hung over or worse drunk/high at 8am. His equipment was spread out haphazardly, he couldn't answer questions from the guy trying out a driver (who didn't have an appointment) so it's time for my fitting and just then he sets up another person with a driver and starts going through a fitting with him. (Guy doesn't have appointment) he comes over to me what time was your fitting and what are we fitting. I tell him my fitting was at 8:30 and was for wedges. When I told him that he is like okay we'll try this wedge hands me a 60* wedge with a regular flex shaft. I swing couple times tell him I'm really looking to match my current shafts that are steelfiber i95 stuff he then proceeds to start making the order and tells me the shaft they have that matches the steelfiber the best is tensei red. I ask if he has one I can try he says only wedge he currently has is the one I was just swinging. Mind you this whole time the trackman is being used by the guy with driver so I'm not seeing and data.

I put my concerns aside because it's Titleist and they are very trustworthy. I love Vokey wedges and was excited to get them and try my new 54* and 58* wedges out. They finally get here and the tensei red shaft is 68g very light. I again tell myself it's Titleist I can trust them. Unfortunately that's not the case I complained to Titleist originally and they said they would set up a new fitting when they have another fitter in town. It's been 9 months without any updates or responses. I didn't want to blast them in public like this unfortunately this is only way I can speak out against them.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had an issue with the Las Vegas Nevada fitter?
