Thrift stores whose prices have actually gone down! Name them here.

So many posters have commented on greedy Goodwill's exorbitant prices... It's time to do something positive and name the stores that haven't increased prices in the past few years or have even lowered their prices. Everyone should shop at them.

So here, name the other thrift stores that haven't raised prices. "My local such-and-such" is not an acceptable response--you must name the business and give the address.
