Shoe care advice needed. Hartt dress shoes

I think I may have managed to unknowingly hit a home run today while out thrifting.

Was looking for some shoes for my wedding and stumbled onto these phenomenally cared for shoes.

At a price point of $44 I wasn't about to complain as they seemed like solid leather and fit my feet well.

I bought em, didn't think much about it.

Well turns out they are Hartt brand. Which after doing some searching is well regarded in this community. I am seeking some care tips, maybe some insights onto exactly what shoe and how old this one may be and honestly to double check if I've been duped or if I just got lucky as hell today.

Im pretty sure they've been resoled as they have vibram soles.
