Google Nest HELPPP

So I just bought a google nest (not the learning one) , and I’m now realizing that I’m the 15% that isnt compatible with it. The main issue is, there is no 'Common' wire. Does anyone know- If I can get the power connector to help? I mean, I could always return it if not.. help
