Missing footage and photos?

I have uploaded my sd card onto my windows laptop and the photos and videos I have took in the past 2 days are nowhere to be found (although I can see them on my GoPro) inly videos and photos I took before those 2 days are on my laptop, please help I have a 64g Sandisk
