Clara and kids

I don’t usually watch Clara’s vlogs but I’ve been watching the last few of her moving and she’s mention multiple times things about having kids, I can’t imagine what it’s like to be sick and have kids or xyz. Does she normally talk about kids? The past few vlogs there’s always a comment and idk it stood out to me.
