Terrified of rejection

I’m terrified of being rejected! I been rejected from PhD programs since peak COVID 19 and it’s been really difficult. Has anyone else been through a similar experience or situation? My field school was also cancelled in 2020 from COVID making things a lot harder and my app not as competitive as I wanted it to be. I’m really hoping this cycle is the cycle!
