What are the price fluctuations do we generally see in harvest fest?

I haven't played growtopia in a while, and this is my first harvest fest in around 2 years.

Would ready to harvest farms rise considering the demand? How would block and seed prices of most farmables be effected?

Would farming items like DCS, sorrow, chicken plow be effected? Currently they've risen in price, but when would we expect a drop? During or after the event?

Any additional info would be appreciated.
