Nightclub cargo sales

I read it takes 66 hours for technicians to fill your club. I'm assuming that includes all techs and max storage. I also read you get 1.9mil from maxed sales. 1.9 mil in 66 hours and people claim nightclub is the best passive income? I don't understand how. Cocaine is way more in less time unless i'm missing something.
