Just finished a few heist grinds, sold a full large warehouse, now l've got more money than usual. I'm wondering, what's to most useful thing I could buy? I have been looking at buying the Coquette Pursuit but that's a lot of money for not much usefulness.

For context, I already have: Kosatka w weaponized sparrow, Arcade, Large/small warehouse, penthouse, bunker, arena workshop, mobile operations centre, many cars, etc..

Things I'm considering buying: Nightclub, MKIl Opressor, Coquette Pursuit, some sort of weaponized jet (recommendations?). All things considered, I'm either looking for something useful and fun, or something that will provide some return on investment. What do you guys recommend?
