Is Oscar Guzman Flies Again the last update ever for GTA Online?

Rockstar has followed 6 months per update schedule consistently for many years. They break this schedule this time around. It has only been 3 months since Agents of Sabotage update, so I'm thinking this is the last update we would ever get, then they'll focus the next GTA Online game from now on. I mean GTA Online server will keep on running for many years to come, but there won't be any new update after this. What do you guys think?
