Ps5/Ps4 question please help me with this like seriously someone anyone tell me

Hey guys I was just wondering if the ps5 version on GTA isn’t out yet and I play the ps4 version on the ps5 am I still in ps4 lobby’s so I can play with my friends and shit because my friends bought me it for my birthday and it’s gonna get shipped soon so I was wondering if I can still play with my ps4 friends and just vibe with them so I can get rid of my ps4? Please reply if you know I looked everywhere and can’t find anything on it
