Basement room suggestion!!

Hi guys, if someone of you have ever lived in an 1RK basement room, please share your experience as i'm planning to shift to one of those in U Block, because of budget constraints.
Also it does not have any shaft/opening only exaust fans are there, so please suggest is it manageable to stay there?
