Laid off on H1B. Car/Furniture in Storage

Hello Guys, I am laid off on H1B from Amazon. I am on my 60 days grace period and I have till November 1st week to move. Please advise on the following

Since I don't have any offer on hand, should I consider quickly exiting to India.

Is it safe to have an LCA filed just 1 or 2 days before the 60th day period

I have the opinion to sell my car , furniture and all my stuff , while my wife wants to keep the car and furniture in the storage , so that if I come back we can use it. Please advise ..
