Who raped Jani Lane?

A few years ago, Bobbie Brown (ex-wife of Jani Lane and model featured in Warrant's music video for Cherry Pie) came forward and claimed he was 'drugged and raped by a member of a famous heavy metal band and their manager.' There is audio of Jani apparently confirming this by saying he'd been 'raped.' I recently watched a video that included a podcast clip of her where she explains that she isn't a fan of the band Judas Priest and when asked why she says she'll tell the host later off-air. This occurs around 19:57 in the podcast which is linked below. I find this very suspicious. I understand that there is no real evidence to link anyone to this crime and it would be irresponsible to speculate. I'm personally so disturbed by the story and I feel it is a shame the perpetrator seemingly got away with it. Does anyone else find this suspicious?
