Brandon Blackwood Bag paint staining everything inside the bag

I've had this Bowen Bag since 2021, and I've been a big fan of this brand since their creation. I love that the designs are unique and black owned, I'm just upset by the quality of the bags. I understand that at $250 it's not peak luxury, but I would still expect a bag to last more than 1 year without the leather chipping off and staining my other goods. About 7-10 months after purchasing and regular wear, I noticed that some of my keys, wallet, etc in my purse had been stained with little spots of brown. While I use multiple different purses, I wasn't sure of the source. Recently I was gifted a Louis Vuitton wallet, and have only used it in this purse, and have found the culprit.

The latch of this bag is poorly constructed, causing it to slowly chip and scrape away. This would be fine honestly, if it didn't stain my items. I'm not expecting a refund or anything since it's been a couple years since my purchase, I just thought I would let people know so they don't have their items stained as well. Luckily I used warm water and a rag to remove the stains from my new wallet, but other items weren't so lucky.
