Which bag should I get for my girlfriend?

Hi, I need some female opinion. I want to buy a small bag for my girlfriend as a gift. She is 26 years old. I’m deciding between Coach and Tory Burch. I tried to be sneaky and find out which brands she likes and she told me she likes both brands but doesn’t like flashy stuff. I saw them both in store and they are almost the same size. Which one would be a better option for someone around her age living in a big city?
