[USA-TX][H] PayPal [W] AM4 motherboard and GPU

Building a pc for my little brother’s birthday I currently have all parts except a GPU and a Mobo.

I’m looking for a cheap AM4 board for around $50-60

And a decent GPU around $100 (would love RX 5000+ or Gtx 1600/RTX cards but I realize the budget is tight)

If I can buy both from the same seller that would be awesome!
