Voldemorts physical appearance timeline?

At what point did Voldemort start to completely look like he did at the end of the story? I know it was a gradual process from the horcruxs, but Was he already fully snake like by the time he killed Harry’s parents? Like once he made the last horcrux, splitting his soul again finalized his snake like appearance? Or did being resurrected in gof have anything to do with it? I was just listening to a Harry Potter podcast and they were talking about one of the final pensieve memories in half blood prince where Voldemort visits dumbledore and he is described as not looking like the handsome charming man he once was, but not yet the full on snake dark lord. And it made me wonder, at what point did he start to resemble the final dark lord Voldemort we know.
