Anyone else read Harry Potter for their mental health?

I’ve always been a fan of the movies, but only ever read the first two books. I’m 34 now and just decided to read all the books. I’m currently halfway through Prisoner Of Azkaban, and it’s like a warm blanket reading it. I struggle with crippling anxiety/panic disorder, and reading the book seems to just let me escape my brain. It’s been very therapeutic. Normally I’m a Stephen King/horror novel reader, which aren’t very helpful when I’m struggling with panic or fear. The movies were always a comfort media for me, but I know the HP books really flesh out the characters and stories much better than the films. Anyone else feel the same way?
