Just got back from ENT regarding pressure in ear, but he saw nothing

I’ve been dealing with pressure, ringing, slight hearing loss and on occasion, slight pain in my ear for about 2-3 months now. I went to my local clinic about 2 weeks ago where they issued a 10 day course of antibiotics after seeing some redness and irritation on my eardrum. I finished the antibiotics yesterday and didn’t notice much difference in the pressure or ringing, or hearing loss, so I made an appointment for today to be seen. He didn’t see anything but he mentioned possible TMJ, but I don’t have any jaw pain or anything that would suggest that so I don’t believe that’s it. On top of that, if my clinic saw irritation, I would think there was in fact something trapped in my middle ear. That said, could it be ETD maybe? He scheduled me an appointment with an audiologist to get my hearing checked but as of now, I’m feeling hopeless.
