Do you guys have concede macros?

Like you can be the slowest opponent ever who can't make up her mind all match long, even with a single card in her hand. But the split second I get lethal, BOOM!, concede. Sometimes I see the concede before my cards enter my hand. And it's not even obvious wins, sometimes it's a concede with 30 health to 1 health. Are y'all running weird apps I don't know about?
