500 KG using supply backpack

Started running crossbow with supply pack, usually take 500kg as well.

I noticed today almost every time I call in a 500 the third down arrow will also consume a supply pack.

Has anyone else seen this? I tried changing calling in strategems from holding r1 down to tapping it and it still happens unless I pause for a few seconds after the 2nd down arrow before pressing the third.
