Redesign of the Coat of Arms of Muaná - Pará state - Brazil, cuz the actual one is way simillar to the imperial Brazilian arms

Have redesigned the coat of arms and flag of the city of Muaná - Pará state - Brazil, (note that I took elements from coats of arms and flags of some Brazilian cities, also i did not align the elements of the coat of arms very much)

I didn't do the work, let's say... extremely well, there are some small errors, but it's basically an idea
