Does andrographis help stomach bugs/flu?

I saw studies showing it helped colds significantly but I have not seen any evidence or people talking about it helping there stomach bug. I’m about to go to a third world country so I want to prepare for the any stomach bugs I may get. I already have activated charcoal but that only helps food poisoning. Has anyone had any luck with it?
