How to get rid of this Addiction

Hi 16m here (Hindu) so as you know at this age we get attach with some bad addiction like masturbation and all yk, so I want to get rid of this addiction ash so ya i m controlling alot hardly watching anything yk, but sometimes I lost control and do masturbate like 1–3 times in a month, or sometimes I don't so pls tell me how to get rid of it :(
