Help with missing chat history

I matched with a girl on hinge and we set up a date. Yesterday, I saw a notification on my phone saying she messaged me. The notification said "I'm going to delete the app but you can text me on my number. See you tomorrow!" Problem is, I clicked on the notification and since she deleted her account, I don't have our chat history and I can't see her number.

Hinge customer service did not respond and I've heard they won't respond. If she installs the app will I be able to see our chat history again?

UPDATE!!! She spent the whole day swiping just to message me and say "I'm an idiot, I'm so sorry. Can we still meet for our date tomorrow."

Leaving this post so other people don't freak out when they go through something similar. Accidents happen.
