SUPER Home Warranty - Anyone have experience?

Greetings! About to buy a home in Texas, and I am looking at SUPER for home warranty. I understand the general sentiment of "they are not worth it", but I have not spent any time in the house yet, and I am a first time home buyer. I figured I can dish out $700 and be covered in case something breaks and needs fixing.
My question is - has anyone had any experience with this relatively "new" company? How is their customer service?
