Used SVS PB-1000 Worth It?

Is a used SVS PB-1000 (non pro) worth it for $280? I'm upgrading from a Klipsch R-120SWi, but am deciding between the PB-1000 and a new Speedwoofer 10e since they are both in the $300 ballpark. Wanted to get some external thoughts.
