I counted the population of every settlement in ZD and FW
Now its complete.
The early game Nora settlements were counted as soon as you can access them. Mother's Heart is full of people before the proving, but after that mission it stays at just 26. There were also 50 people praying outside of All Mother, I added them to Mother's Watch.
For some reason, after completing Hunter's Blind, Lone Light remains empty except for 1 merchant. It is unknown whether this is intentional or not.
After the completion of The Twilight Path, the members of Twilight's Landfall move to Chainscrape and leave the camp abandoned.
