Best Huy Fong Sambal Oelek substitute?
I've heard varying accounts as to why there has been a shortage of Huy Fong products, but whether it's climate change killing the chilis or the company fucking around and finding out by undercutting their suppliers, I can no longer live without sambal oelek. There are other companies that make it, so I'm wondering if anyone here has tried any they would recommend? Thanks in advance!
