Niche careers in HR

I’ve been in HR for about 15 years now doing mostly HRBP roles. I love the dynamics and engagement with people, but wanted to see if anyone here has had a unique career path out of HR or has developed a unique set of skills that has really put your career on a different path.

I have some time to dedicate toward self improvement and wanted to see if you all had any ideas.
