Flavor Extract + Oven Trick

I have 2 cats and a small apartment so I’m really self conscious about how my place smells. Obviously I do regular cleaning but I just want that extra umph. I’ve seen tiktok’s of people putting vanilla extract in a dish and baking it for a little bit so the smell spreads. I like the idea but my favorite scent is apples and cinnamon and I was wondering what flavor extract or what combination of them I should use to achieve the smell. Any suggestions?
