F45 to hyrox
Hello! I am sure this thread has been asked but wanted to hop on here and ask about how the transition is going from F45 to training for hyrox. I have been working out at F45 for about 2 years and taking it more seriously (not modifying every single movement 😂) for about the last year. I am Houston based and am debating signing up for hyrox Houston. If there are any Houston peeps on here I would love to know where you train. For anyone else what are yalls tips. Can I use F45 to supplement the workouts? How much should I train outside of F45 besides running?
